C.D. Barnes Associates is proud to announce the completion of the Campau Commons Administration Building in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This 10,953 SF "Bow-Tie" shaped building services the Campau Commons Apartment Complex at the intersection of Division and Franklin Streets. Working with the Grand Rapids Housing Commission and MC Smith Associates Architectural Group, C.D. Barnes Associates completed this project in the Spring of 2010. Features include safety yellow canopy entrances, stone roof copings, multi-colored brick, shouldice stone and extensive use of aluminum storefronts. It has been an honor and a pleasure to work with the Grand Rapids Housing Commission in delivering this great addition to the Campau Commons Apartments and the City of Grand Rapids.
